Individually, a person's identity is a glomming of their name, heritage, parents, friends, community, society and visible actions.  We have a lot to say about our identities, but in a lot of cases, we do not actively select our identity.  This lack of intentionality leads to one being a spectator of their own life.  All Out Software is a direct result of my declaration of my identity: Leadership.  I am committed to basing every decision and action of my company on the identity I am declaring in these pages.

This is Our Identity.  This is who we are and can be counted on to be.
