Show alert when page security level changes alerts you whenever the loading web-apps URI changes between using the HTTP and the HTTPS protocols.

Automatically check for updates has Hana check for updates everytime it launches. Hana uses the Sparkle Framework to accomplish this. For more information on Sparkle, try searching Google. Note that Hana will visit the AllOutSoftware.com website to find out what the latest version of Hana should be. It will compare that to the version that you are running. If your version is older than the version on the website, you are prompted to upgrade or to wait.
File Downloading helps Hana know how you want to handle downloads. Prompt for path when downloading asks you where to save the selected download. Default Path (and its related Choose button) allows you to select a default download location. Just like your favorite web browser probably does.
