3) If you are still needing help, please fill out the support form on this page and we will get back to you as soon as we can.  We are committed to a 24 hour turn around time, but demand could push that back a bit.

4) While you wait for us to get back to you, try your favorite search engine, such as Google, Yahoo! and Windows Live Search.

5) If you have a suggestion for how better to serve you, let us know!  We considered a forum or a wiki.  In the end, we chose to go the simple route.  If you would prefer a different way, let us know!

6) If you have a suggestion for a feature or a new product, let us know.  And now for a little legal coverage for this...But know this, in suggesting it to us, and so much as is allowable by applicable law, your suggestion becomes our property without any requirement to compensate you.  If you want compensation, then please, withhold your idea.  You are welcome to contact us to discuss an agreement, though.
